Whether you are familiar with the process of finding the right therapist, or if this is your first time seeking the help of a professional, I’m glad you have come to my page. I understand how difficult it can be to find “the right fit” . To help with your process I want to tell you a little about me. In addition to my role as therapist I am a daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.
I love spending time with my support system… even if it’s just getting lost in the aisles of target or watching my much younger brother play football on Friday nights. As a jersey girl I love taking trips to the shore specifically LBI. After work I often watch movies or documentaries while working on jigsaw puzzles to unwind. To end I have to give a shout out to my biggest stress reliever my yellow lab Ralph.
