Stephanie Rothrock, LPC, has been practicing in the mental health field for over 25 years. She has worked with individuals, couples and families in various settings including clinical spaces and within the public school system. In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, Stephanie is a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional and a Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional. Other areas of interest and expertise include eating disorders, anxiety disorders, stress management, mood disorders and working with clients on the Autism spectrum. Stephanie also has experience working with children on self regulation techniques using the Zones of Regulation, the 5 point scale and mindfulness techniques. She also enjoys working with athletes with performance anxiety.
