She/Her
Hannah Wolfe (she/her) is a masters level therapist who works with clients of all ages through a person centered approach tailored to the client’s needs. Hannah uses techniques from Narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Gestalt, and Person Centered therapy to meet clients where they are in their mental health journeys. She specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and uses a trauma-informed lens to work with clients on issues of anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, transition, and interpersonal challenges. Hannah is also passionate about maternal mental health and postpartum mental health support.
Hannah received her Master’s Degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from Alvernia University and her Bachelor of Arts in International and Religious Studies from Marymount Manhattan College. She completed her internship at the LGBT Center of Greater Reading where she worked extensively with LGBTQIA+ adolescent support groups, gender expansive adult groups, and individuals of many ages and identities in individual therapy. Hannah’s education combined with her own personal faith background allows her to work with clients through engaging spirituality in the healing process. Hannah is Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned and uses a social justice lens in her work.
I’m married to my wife, Lauren, and together we have a one-year-old daughter, two dogs, and two cats.
I love to spend time reading, taking walks, and listening to podcasts. I have traveled to 20 countries and lived in South Africa for a year as part of a volunteer program.
My global perspective helps me understand clients across cultures and has helped me become a more flexible person.
